If I lived in Golden, this would be my go-to coffee place. Delicious coffee, great choice and a super friendly barista. Big plus: while you are there, you can spend all your money on outdoor equipment and bike stuff.

I just got the cherry chocolate smoothie (not the actual name but something like that) and it was so good! Not a lot of cherry flavour but lots of cocoa. Absolutely delicious either way. Go check it out.

I had gotten the plane jane and it was incredible and tasted really yummy. The size was the perfect amount and in a cute little bike shop. Just wish we could customize the smoothie as why does mostly everything include some type of nut. Nut allergy

After a 3 hour unexpected detour to get through golden, once we finally made, I was in dire need of a coffee to fuel me up for the rest of the drive. I like to support local and saw that The Handle Bar was the only local coffee spot open - so we checked it out. Such an awesome vibe! The associate was super nice and welcoming and she made me literally the best Maple Oat Latte I’ve ever had. And she gave my daughter a free ice cream. Definitely will be stopping by here every time we drive through BC :)

Best Coffee Shop in Golden hands down. The staff are super friendly, coffee is great and being inside a ski/bike shop lends to a super chill out vibe.
